    There were a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room, liked that. The breakfast was healthy and delicious, the food was local. The location was decent - so close to Jodhpur for a work trip, the construction, and the restaurant.

    The staff was poorly trained.

    The staff were very hard working and ever so helpful, and we could use concierge service and ironing free of charge. The breakfast was healthy, had variety of options and the food was good! The hotel had a decent location a few steps away from Mata Temple.

    Some people working there were poorly trained.

    The hospitality was really good. The ambience was clean and soothing, resembling a palace. The team spirit among staff was evident, especially during breakfast, where they went out of their way to cater to our needs. A nice experience .

    Lovely stay with great service!

    I stayed for 3 nights in a super comfy room with nice traditional vibes. The restaurant food was good, especially the in-room breakfast. Shout out to Akhil-he. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger to keep us connected more easily.

    Had a lovely stay in a well-kept Superior Room where the chef went out of his way to offer gluten-free breakfast options, which was a nice surprise. The spa treatments were really relaxing, and lounging by the sun terrace was just what we needed. The only downside was that the travel desk could use better communication skills, but it didn’t take away from our enjoyment at all! 😊

    We had a fantastic getaway with friends! The pool area was relaxing, and we enjoyed exploring the local markets and visiting the famous Mehrangarh Fort. The staff was super friendly and even arranged a movie night for us in our room. Perfect for group gatherings!

    Unfortunately, the dining experience was a letdown. We faced issues with the breakfast provided. Some items weren't fresh, disappointing.

    wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

    We enjoyed a spacious junior suite that had a cozy seating area, private bathrooms, and a useful fridge. The staff was friendly. Especially Harsh who helped us arrange local transport. The fitness center was great and the pool area was perfect for chilling out. The clean rooms came with all amenities like free toiletries, tea/coffee maker, and a tv.
